It looks simple yes

It looks simple yes . Unfortunately, the human resources department complaining even when the outcome . Two initial qualification , they are still able to filter out hundreds of applications but to meet both standards , this is the hardest part . The applicants fall one by one in a variety of tests conducted . I was forced to lower the qualifying standards so that I could stop in time given the state that has not allow to work . And proved , after a while I replace workers who can only survive a few months .

The job applicants who come always assumed that the standard of education they are becoming the ultimate choice for any company . Sometimes because they think the school or college is higher than the other employees , they are forgetting the social standards that have happened that respect older people . This reasoning is also why they are too loud in the expression or opinion . Finally there is a mismatch and make not managed to get into one of the team members work ( teamworking ) . The applicants also often " lazy " to learn . Thinking that they have completed the course and no longer need to learn precisely the wrong thinking . There are also some technical work that is often the opposite direction to the technical work that studied in the world of education , although produce something similar .
